“Hey

I would like to tell you my story.

I was thrilled when my boyfriend asked me to marry him. It was easy for me to say yes. The next morning, he told me, “I’m sorry, I think I made a bad choice.” “I’m not yet ready to get married.” He even asked her to give him back the ring.

I was shocked. I gave the ring back, put my things away, and left. I realized the next day that I had left something at his house, so I went back. He wasn’t ready for me to show up. I saw him laughing and talking with his ex when I opened the door.

I quickly got my things together and stormed out the door. I didn’t pay attention when he tried to explain. I love him still, but I’m really hurt.”
