Infidelity is one of many things that can make a couple unhappy. It doesn’t always show up after a long time of marriage; sometimes it shows up much earlier.

A couple just planned their big day, which was supposed to be the most special day of the bride’s life. She got texts on her phone a few days before the wedding that changed everything, which was sad. She posted something online to ask for help.

In a letter, she wrote:

“Hey,

Thomas (30) and I (29 years old) were together for 4 years before we decided to get married. Some days before our wedding, my maids of honor planned a girls’ night out for me to have one last party by myself. We were out when someone calling me from an unknown number sent me screenshots of private texts between my fiancé and another woman. It turned out that Thomas had been having an affair for a while.

After seeing the texts on my phone, all of my friends told me to call Thomas right away and cancel the wedding. It shocked me so much that I couldn’t even call his number. I told the girls to just take me home… Last night I couldn’t sleep and made a bad idea: I would carry out our wedding ceremony as planned. What I would do instead of saying my vows is read those texts out loud in front of everyone!

Now that the wedding is coming up in a few days, I’m not sure if I should stick to my decision and make a scene in front of all our guests to teach him a lesson, or if I should just tell him I’m calling off the wedding right now. We really need your quick thoughts and advice right now…
